- I never got a reminder, WTF?!?
- Unfortunately, there's no way for us to track the delivery of messages to cell phones. The dark reality is, sometimes messages get lost in the air and never make it to their intended recipient. There is a list of recent reminders sent presented when you log in that will show you if the reminder in question was sent.
- Can I use my Google Voice number with ReminderWire?
- At the moment Google Voice numbers are unsupported. Why? Because technically speaking, Google Voice phone numbers are not cell phones, but VoIP lines. We are currently in the process adding support for Google Voice lines, but in the meantime please use the phone number from your actual cell phone.
- Someone keeps spamming me with reminders, make it stop!
- This is a violation of our terms, so immediate action will be taken. Shoot us an email and we'll get on it.
